We are a woman-owned Austin real estate brokerage helping people break through the barriers of traditional homeownership.

All of our realtors actively use these creative home buying strategies and lead free real estate workshops year round.
We build lasting relationships with our clients - that go on well past your closing date. We host an active Facebook group for our clients where we share updates about the Austin market and contractor recommendations. We also host monthly meet ups where you can connect with our team and your agent to address ongoing questions that you have about your home, property taxes or real estate in general.
Open House was created because we could see how overwhelming and unattainable it feels to get real estate investing advice from self acclaimed gurus. Where were the leaders guiding prospective home buyers from the start and bringing others along with them? That’s what we strive to do at Open House. Welcome, we are excited to meet you!
